Guests can check in between 15:00 and 22:00 on the day of arrival specified in the reservation. Late or early arrivals must be notified in advance.

Guests arriving before 15:00 can leave their luggage in the storage room.

Guest(s) have to check out before 11:00 on the day of departure

If the guest wishes to check out later than 11:00, please inform the receptionist. In case of late departure, a fee of EUR 10 will be charged.

Please observe the check-in and check-out times to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out of the guests.

Parents or other persons accompanying/guarding the children are responsible for their behaviour and safety in the hotel. If the damage in the hotel is caused by the actions of minors, the parents or guardians of the children are responsible for paying for it.

We do not accept guests with pets.
