Guest(s) on the arrival date specified in the reservation can check in from 15:00 to 22:00. Later or earlier arrivals must be notified in advance.

Guests arriving before 15:00 can leave their luggage in the storage room.

Guest(s) have to check out before 11:00 on the day of departure

If the guest wishes to leave later than 11:00, we will ask you to inform the administrator. A late departure fee of 10 EUR applies.

Please adhere to the specified arrival and departure times to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out of guests.

Parents or other persons accompanying (guarding) children are responsible for the behavior and safety of children in the hotel. If losses in the hotel are caused by the actions of minors, the children's parents or guardians must compensate for them.

We do not accept guests with pets.
